Worker at Sheppard Pratt school) pays 34-41/hr which is 70-85k a year depending on experience. It’s a full time job. So benefits included (insurance, 401k, paid time off, sick days) And also bc it’s a social work position at a school, you get at least 4 supervision hours a month. This recruiter sent it to me. You were told not to expect a change in your pay, so the writing's on the wall. The only way I've secured decent raises is by moving jobs. Seriously, there's not really an upside to loyalty anymore. My salary went up 10k over five years with one company. It's been five years and two jobs since then, and I am now up 40k. At least get out there and interview and see if there's something better.
