McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. Try to get a PMP certification. It will put you a step closer to your goal. Secondly, it will depend on what type of industry you want to work in. The best way is to look at your desired jobs and try to match their requirements.
I always suggest this as well. That is a great certificate to have on your resume.

Have you earned your degree already? Get a CAPM certification then obtain a PMP certification. Gather experience relative to the field then apply.
Yes I just graduated in May ! I’m trying to study for my CAPM, I’m worried about gaining experience/hours for the exam. Is it normal to enroll into the CAPM course that is offered through project management institute ?
If you want to work on your experience first, I suggest you join some projects or do some volunteer work. It can really help you gain experience. You can start within your area.
