I would love the stability of a full time role after a year of scrambling for bad freelance gigs, but when a recruiter tells me there’s going to be multiple hour long individual interviews, a panel interview, a virtual on-site, and a writing assignment, I just give up. It’s probably going to be filled internally anyway. I just can’t handle the stress of what the interview process has become anymore.

What’s your go -to interview prep protocol? Have and interview tomorrow and I want to try to simplify the prep but make sure I cover all my bases. Thanks for any help or insights!

What are interview questions for DevOps Engineer Profile in Amdocs?

What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

For the past few months of interviewing have made it to the final round with a few firms, and the feedback is similar, ‘I’m a great candidate, but it’s not the right time’ Is this code for something? Am I missing something?

I have cleared technical interview at @EXL and have also given another round of interview with VP.

I was interviewed for a company and everything went well. When asked about my expectations, I gave them a number.
After that they did not call me back and when I reached them. They are saying they have concerns over salary and currently checking on other candidates. They said its not rejected but they will get back.

What should I do ?

I have joined a company on 4th Feb, through consultancy on contract to hire basis.
I only received the job offer letter from the consultancy, but no Appointment Letter is given yet.
So since it's 10-15 day, since I joined. Can I leave this company, since I've got a better offer, with my suitable location.

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
