Got done with my Google onsite last week for non tech role(s). I was asked to interview for a second role (R2) based on resume. (I feel this is because i bombed RRK for role 1). Today, recruiter said he will be moving HC as he had seen good feedback all around. However something seemed off when he said the role is L4 and will be going ahead with the HC if i confirm I’m ok with the TC range. Not sure how to respond. Does this happen often ?Google

Pwc Deloitte does and we are hiring depending on skill set
Can someone speak to their strategy group? Heard it didn't really exist until recently. Obviously they have a ways to go, but have they been compensating for lateral talent?

Not sure if that's sarcasm, but Deloitte and PWC have gotten decimated with layoffs over the past few weeks. Not sure how credible the sources are but most on here seem to estimate ~15% of their respective advisory employees

If it is for a local project, they won't get hired in the consulting model. They would get hired in the PDM and pool from resources that are already in the form.

Local hires. Not consulting money. Keeps our pricing profitable because less money goes out and no travel.

And are any of you hiring people needing h1bs out of college ? Have a couple MBA and Mis people looking out .great candidates.
