Huh? If you’re fired you cannot come back. Why? Because you were fired. How would the company not know?
You mean you left company A for company B, B fired you and you want to try to go back to A? Sure, you can do that. Company A won’t know unless you got fired for something that will show up in a background check, like something that landed in the news or court or regulatory filings.
If you got fired from Company B and want to go back to B, then the possibility of that is far less certain but it might be possible, especially if you were laid off rather than fired for cause. They could have also put a “do not rehire” flag on your record if your departure was for cause.

In many companies’ applications one of the questions is “Have you ever been terminated by a previous employer”*. Or in your work history, they ask “reason for leaving”. If you lie, and the employer finds out, that’s cause for termination #2.
If they ask for references, some employers ask for your previous supervisor. Key question: “Would you hire Bob/Mary back again?”

With writing skills like that no.

If you mean go back to the company that fired you, it can be theoretically possible if you wait out their HR record hold period. The companies I've worked for have held onto HR records for between 7 and 15 years, so if you were to wait till after the HR records are destroyed, you'd effectively be a brand new employee. YMMV depending on the firm's record retention policies.
I’ve been fired from a company and then rehired by the same company but different team before. I was super transparent and reminded them they won’t have to spend time training me. They spoke with my old boss to verify my story as well.

Watch out for that boomerang coming from Accenture.
You definitely can boomerang back to your old place after being fired from a new place if you left on good terms with the old place. Employers can only verify your dates of employment and title, so even if you were fired, you can give basically any reason why your employment ended there

Oh sorry. I misread the OP’s post. You’re absolutely right.
