Hello Fishes, I am new here and would like your inputs on the Grade, Designation & Basic salary in TCS. 1. Is the Grade - 'C3B' & Designation - 'ASC - Associate Consultant' correct for 11 years and 6 months of experience ? 2. And is the Basic salary offered in TCS very less than the Market standard? Thanks in Advance 🙏🏼

I recently interviewed at Facebook (Meta) for enterprise engineer E4. Feedback from recruiter was very positive. Everyone on panel recommended me. Received an offer for 223 TC. My current salary is significantly higher (amzn L5/sde2). I am walking out but curious:
1. Is that a standard meta offer? I thought meta pays better than amzn and googl.
2. I have been asked by my recruiter to provide my current salary as data point to go back and negotiate. Isn't that illegal? Facebook (Meta)

Asking for a friend...
You have balls sir
You'd get terminated for cause so no severance
Watch Better Call Saul for tips
Hmm how can I get terminated not for cause? Showing up but doing such poor work they want to get rid of me? Wouldn't that take a whole year through an evaluation cycle?
Think it depends on your HR and partner. If they are just not showing up because they don't want to work on that client say bye bye. If they missed there flight just get ready to gear shit about it until you leave the firm
I don't understand why some think that people get fired only at year end... if you aren't performing you can be let go whenever the firm sees fit. At will employment, read your employment letter
Wow you're a real prize OP - still living with the parents?
Then be an adult. Make a decision. Resign. Take control of your life and don't play immature manipulative games to get what you want so you can blame others and play the victim card.
And they don't owe you a severance simply because you don't like your current situation. You chose to work here. You are free to choose not to.
Holy sh*t he pays his own bills guys!! 👏👏👏👏. What an adult you are.
Yes. Why would you get severance? :))))
If you do poor work you still just get fired until there's a downturn and you're in the layoff lane
Nope, standing on my own 2 feet. Just hate my project and feel no one cares when I advocate for myself. So I'd rather quit or get fired and live off savings until I find another job than continue on this one.
Standing on your own two feet is deliberately underperforming to get an unethical severance. Got it
I pay for all my own bills and that's all I take responsibility for. I don't owe the firm anything. They don't give a shit about me either.
That's exactly what standing on your own two feet means... not sure what other definition you go by.
