Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

Try and join the PE practices and/or get exposure to the financial services industry.
I worked at MBB for 4 years, 1 of which in PE practice, and am now moving to a PE fund with a 40% pay bump.
Including carry? I find the cash comp is not much bettwr than MBB

Recruit for top IB (EB, BB, or too MM) if set on PE. Otherwise go MBB.
I’m starting at MBB when I graduate (interned @ EY-P), and understand it’s unideal but doable to go PE. I’m debating the buyside.
I go to a nontarget and already accepted MBB summer analyst so I don't think rerecruiting for banking is an option
Just for clarification, my goal is to start full time in buy side. I'm looking for funds that take analyst level roles
Just wanna give PE recruiting a try my junior year, but also another good option!
