How much does a Global CCO earn?
Hi Fishes! I need advise on a job change. Currently working at lvl 10.2 and and I've got an opportunity in Morningstar where I've been offered a hike of ~33% at the same lvl. I had a discussion with my manager & he said he can only match this hike in March (Fast track basis - lvl 10.1) and will promote me to Lvl 9 by next year
Shout out to the Partner/Principal who decided to ask people how they could be better!https://joinfishbowl.com/post_z8ukrk

Any litigators struggle with OCD? This is my first “real” job, plus the stress has exacerbated my O&C. It often makes me feel alone and so distressed. I am looking for a therapist but it’s rough for personal and financial reasons (don’t live in a major city and don’t make a lot). Anyone else out there? Words of wisdom?

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume. Additionally, I'm worried whether Innosight's exit opportunities are slimmer than IBM. Would anyone have some advice on what I should pick / how I should think about this?

Hi! Checking whether anyone has any experience working with 'For Good Profits'. It sounds too good to be true! Wondering if it is a good alternative to hiring a standard SEM agency ( I am the only marketing person in a small company for context). Thank you!

Mid-level CW right here. What are great questions to ask when you're deciding between two offers?
Both are medium-sized agencies in NYC but under holding companies. I like the people more in company B (traditional creative agency) vs company A (CRM, data-driven creative agency), but company A has braver and more award-winning work. I've checked both Glassdoor/Fishbowl reviews but they're outdated or unavailable because company A is relatively new. Would love your tips. THANKS FAM!
Has anyone tried CeraVe daytime face lotion with 30 spf? I use and love the PM (even during the day in winter) and want to add SPF during the day without risking breakouts. Unfortunately I have dry, yet sensitive, acne prone skin.
Has anyone on here ever used medication for weight loss? If so, what was your experience like?

My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?
What industries are doing well right now and reps are actually enjoying their day to day? My current role has sucked the life out of me while trying survive Covid and the burnout has reached a new level.

I’m new to B2B Tech Sales, about 2 months, but I’m not new to sales. How long does it take to ramp up and be competent enough to speak with prospects and not feel uncomfortable? I’m speaking with prospects that have 10 years plus of experience in tech and I have 2 months! I feel this may be harder than I thought!

Should we start a forum to discuss customers that have horrible procurement directors? I feel like we should be able to warn fellow sales professionals of traps, tricks, and just overall waste of time.
This week's tool highlight is Vidyard. If you want a way to connect with your clientele during those WFH times think about using video emails.
I will tell you that your first videos will be extremely awkward to you but keep going. There are stats out there showing video emails have more engagement than text alone.
Vidyard is a cost-effective way to explore using video emails. Swing by the website and try a video response or two to your customers.
