Both are medium-sized agencies in NYC but under holding companies. I like the people more in company B (traditional creative agency) vs company A (CRM, data-driven creative agency), but company A has braver and more award-winning work. I've checked both Glassdoor/Fishbowl reviews but they're outdated or unavailable because company A is relatively new. Would love your tips. THANKS FAM!

My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?

What industries are doing well right now and reps are actually enjoying their day to day? My current role has sucked the life out of me while trying survive Covid and the burnout has reached a new level.
