Why not offer the child care subsidies to US workers, too?

Because companies offer what they need to in order to be competitive in a specific market.

It’s inherently not fair if you’re doing the same role, but it’s true with paid time off, leaves, benefits, salaries, etc.

For what it’s worth, your salary will probably be significantly greater being US based.

It was more of a rhetorical question. But thank you for answering

My wife works at a school with kids with behavioral issues. The kids are abusive to the teachers/paras and have hit, kicked, pulled hair, as well as have grabbed the privates of teachers/paras. Nothing is ever done about it by higher up. Recently, the principal got kicked in the leg, and it turns out that the superintendent is “pressing charges” against the kid, but won’t do anything for the teachers/paras. What actions can my wife and the teachers take if the superintendent won't do anything?
