I’ll be a 36 year old IB Associate. I’m weighing the option of going for my MBA and transition to IB. But I’ll be 36-37 when I graduate from my MBA. Will ageism affect me? Is it even worth it at this age? Will I be able to keep up with the demands of being an Associate in IB at 36?

Are online executive leadership programs helpful in getting a higher level role or getting noticed for Director and above jobs? Or does it not matter if you have a decent amount of experience? 10+ years?

Hi Fieshes, i don’t want to leave development but the job roles I’m getting now after i resigned are the business analyst roles and not the data science ones as i thought of them to be. . So will i be able to get to data science after these business analyst roles. Does business analytics include the data science and development. Or should i look for better opportunities.

Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.
