Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

Relax and enjoy your time off. Just document your efforts to get staffed so you have something to show at year end if they question your utilization (which they likely won’t for a first year).
Bruh, I basically sat in my basement playing league of legends for an entire year. Ended up with a super low utilization and got promoted. You’ll be 👌🏼 😂😂
You're A new analyst. You're safe. Go get some trainings in
They won’t fire someone they just hired. It’s the summer time, so things are usually a bit slower, but keep your head up, it’ll sort itself out.
You're good haha, know some people who were benched 4-6 months prior to a first project
I feel like I missed something. The first Monday after onboarding I was on a ✈️ to work 12 hour days. So jealous.
thank you guys! this makes me feel a whole lot better
Per everyone else. Don’t stress. It’s not the fault of a new analyst that they can’t get staffed. It’s a slow time of the year. Just keep networking, try to jump on BD, document what you are doing...you will be fine
Enjoy your paid vacation!!
I wish I got some bench time in !
Why do you think you might lose your job? Has someone reached out and said something to you?
Yeah I had 4 months on the bench my first year lol you're good
First year doesn't dock you on low utilization, dont stress!!
OP don’t stress ACN analyst may be on the bench for 6 months before finding a project!
Big 4 is a lot better when it comes to on boarding and getting analysts on projects, so no need to compare. For ACN it’s normal, so keep working on trainings and teaching out!
I’m in Austin. We can connect if you would like (I’m a level 7)
I rushed to get on a project, any project when I first started because I didn’t understand the joy of bench time and finding a good project. Relax and make the most of it. Get a cert or 2.
Screenshot this post and come back to it when you make a post about how people started trusting you and now you have too much work
I was so stressful when I was on the bench, and now I wish I had enjoyed it to the fullest.
I switched to a new team on July 1st within the same office. I’ve been on the bench this past month, so I’ve been taking a lot of self study courses, knocking out my annual trainings, and asking for work.
The past two weeks, I’ve been asking different people on my team to grab coffee/lunch to gain a better understanding of the projects they are on and have offered to assist in areas where I think I could add value.
I have since been given a couple of smaller tasks/project proposals to assist with. Best of luck and please don’t stress too much! You’ll be fine.
@boozallen1 are you me ??
