I'm a care coordinator as well as a private caregiver. I've been highly successful in both roles; however I'm trying to transition to being a Clinical Liaison for hopefully better pay and more flexibility. I have fostered so many connections over the years, and not to toot my own horn, but I was responsible for bringing in about 75% of the clientele to the private home health company I worked for. I need help/advice on how to change my resume to be appealing for this new role?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school.
