I’m a dietitian who wants to change career path. I’ve had my private practice for 6 years. I don’t really have any other experience, only as an intern:
- in a lab: molecular research intern
- in a company whose activity is focused on the creation of aromas for Food and Beverages: in the flavors division.
I would love to work in r&d in a food company but I’ve had a really hard time, nobody will hire me without experience. Not even as an intern to start from 0. Any advice?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I’ve been with my company for 8+ yrs, I love my manager and the work I do (engagement, recognition, & wellness programs) but I feel like I’m limiting myself since I have the experience, an HRM degree, and SHRM-CP credentials.

15 YOE Sales AE considering a boot camp to make the career pivot to software engineering. Made $200k last year - likely looking at a 50+% pay cut at the start of my engineering career, plus the cost of the boot camp. Am I crazy? How long would it take me to get back to $200k+/yr in engineering?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.
