I'm a director of OD and Learning at a medium-sized company. The number of cold calls and sales pitch emails that I get are OUT OF CONTROL!! I am averaging 10 a day. They even call my personal phone. Some have the nerve to send random calendar invites.

I block the sender for each email, but it feels like a losing battle. How are you all handling it?
