I'm a Forensic Accounting manager at a small boutique firm with about 20 people, 8 YOE, former big 4 forensics. I'm making $130k a year. HCOL

It's a pretty low stress job, but i'm 30 now and am wondering if i'm losing out on money/opportunity by staying. Any other Forensics managers at other firms care to share their salary?

I feel as though the opportunities long term at this job are thin. I'd like to be a director within the next 2-3 years, but firm is so small it probably can't happen.

I am relocating to Charlotte NC November 30th and on the career hunt . I have experience in HR, hospitality, social work, customer service, and education. I’ll graduate with my Master of Social Work in May 2023. I’ve been applying to a few things but no luck. I’m open to trying new career fields and to hybrid, on-site , or remote work. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
