I’m about to be offered a FT position at a big agency that I’m interning @ now . I’m going to be offered either a jr AD role or AD role (most likely for a pharma client). What salary shd I ask for?

Applied to a position 2 positions at the Deloitte - the first I got a rejection from within 2 weeks, the second (which is an insanely good match), haven’t heard back from since November. CONT
Hating life to the core on this engagement. Too much responsibility for an associate and absolutely no one to backfill position if I need to be away. Need help 😭
When people think all I do are tax returns and I'm like "No, I do estimates and extensions too. You're just not rich enough for that"
I can't prove it, but 99% sure my intern shredded an original copy, and copied it wrong. Any advice about what to do?

Proofread a 20 pg Excel spreadsheet to death and missed one thing. Manager chews me out for it. Please tell me this job gets easier 🙏🏻😩
How difficult is it to transition from senior specialist to a senior consultant in the traditional track? I’m in cyber if that matters.
Any thoughts on how INSEAD France compares to M7 in terms of experience and recruiting opportunities?
I travel 75% of the time for clients. Traveling makes me sad because I'm never home, home makes me sad because I don't have a normal routine/friends to hang out with bc I'm always out of town.
Had an interview where the agency said they don't do "junior / mid / senior" levels in their creative department. My CW and I are st that stage where that seniority is important for us and for our future progression. Is it one of those things that we fight for on the contract, or just sign anyway and just put "senior creative" on our LI title? I've never come across this before, so any experience or thoughts are appreciated.
Anyone know the salary band for 2 YOE in consulting at a big 4? Just got promoted from A to C and if I got a 10% raise I’d only be at $63k which I think is severely underpaid.
Client demands we remove 2 different people from their account in 2 months — for nit-picky pretty ridiculous reasons. One month later complains that there is too much turnover on the team.
Best low cost software for managing your own small practice? My firm recently gave me permission to take a few of my own cases. I've used Clio and Salesforce and don't love either. (cont in comments)
