My current title is “Director of Brand & Creative” and I manage 25-35 people across 5-6 offices world wide. Would “Executive Creative Director” be appropriate? They suggested “Senior Director of Brand”.

I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend.
