I’m almost 6 weeks right now but my hcg levels are dropping slightly. At 5w 3d my hcg was 1994 (quite low but seems to be in the range) and then 48 hours later at 5w 5d it dropped slightly to 1971. Since it didn't double but rather began to drop, the doctor is bringing me in for an ultrasound tomorrow, but I’m just so nervous I cant stop thinking about it. Anyone else been in this position? I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.
