I'm applying for a new CM position that requires a minimum of two years experience. I have only worked for 1.5 years before getting laid off due to company budget cuts. Aside from that, all my other qualifications fit the new company's needs. Will my lack of work experience affect my chances of landing the job?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes ..
