Just let it go natural. People who dye their hair always look weird, it's just unavoidable. No one is going to look at you and think you're 20 years old anyway, so why bother with a deception that just won't work. You're aged to perfection, embrace that!
I'm 48 years old and have been dieing my beard for the last 6 years lol , it gives me extra confidence and I look alot younger . I'm ok with going all gray and all that you do you. But for me it makes a difference
Gray hair is wisdom. Hair dye is a cover up with many chemicals and you have to keep dying it over and over again
Go natural if it feels right for you.
I stopped dyeing my hair about five years ago, after years of touching up every few weeks. It was exhausting—keeping up with the color, the cost, the time. Now, my hair is completely natural, and I love it! I hear compliments all the time, but most importantly, I feel great about it. Grey hair isn’t a sign of aging; it’s simply genetics. I started seeing mine in my early twenties, and fighting it felt like an endless battle.
Then came lockdown, and I got curious—how much grey did I actually have? Growing it out was easier at first because no one was seeing me. But eventually, I had to face the world with half red-blonde, half grey hair. It was an adjustment.
Going grey does come with some maintenance—not with harsh chemicals, but with the right shampoos, a little extra care in styling, and learning to embrace the change. There were moments when I looked in the mirror and didn’t recognize myself. Sometimes people questioned my decision, and you can tell when someone doesn’t approve. But in the end, it’s your choice, not theirs.
Having my family’s support made all the difference, and honestly, I wouldn’t go back. Don’t be afraid of grey hair—it doesn’t define you. If anything, it shows that you own your choices, instead of letting others decide for you.
I stopped dyeing my hair in my mid 30's, 4 years later I love it. Most of my clients think it's an edgy style or highlights. The first 6 months are the hardest to get through the grow out. If you can stick it out through that, keep going! You are only as old as you feel.
I colored my hair once.so I could get hired. I did get a job. People who are hiring just think we're old if we have gray hair. We have experience as well. I leave it gray now. Too much for me to do every time my gray hair shows up. I'm me, still 66 years old gray hair or now! Plus with all the hair coloring going on with the younger generation, blue, orange, red, I have even see gray! Why would they want to do that? Are they old?????????????

I say do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable. Grey hair can make a person look and feel more distinguished. Remember, You earned those hairs. I would suggest trying a temporary color and then decide which one you prefer.
Go ombre give it a try
Natural. Ageism is real but Grey hair is popular for all ages right now
I think you should do both. When u get tired of one way, you can do the other. You don't have to decide one way or the other.
Let It Gray!
I haven't had my natural hair since I was 27 because I almost died. It's gray with white streaks. I've colored it ever since (14 years). I mainly color because I don't want a constant reminder of the lowest point in my life.
I got divorced in my early 50's and decided to dye my hair by myself more regularly than before. I had to get a better paying job and needed to look younger than I am. It has helped me get jobs because employers do discriminate against people for their age at times. I even put my picture on my resume to help me get a job faster. It's a personal decision though and I wish you success whatever you decide to do.
