I'm CCO at an AI startup. Joined as the first customer hire ~4 years ago and grew fast as we moved into AI and enterprise. Now looking at senior customer success or product strategy roles, remote or in my home city. The wall I keep hitting: roles matching a CCO title want 12-15+ years, so I look junior. For roles I could actually do, the title reads as overqualified. Stuck between a title that's too big and tenure that's too short. How would you play this?

After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.

I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
