I’m coaching a junior member of the team now and he often asks this kind of questions that drives me crazy: Should I put the same thing as last year in the WP? Is it all the same as last year? Last year they had this evidence but we don’t have this year, is it okay? I did explain the whole testing principles and logic, so why am I still getting this type of lazy questions?

I work for a specialized group in my litigation group and have had a wonderful experience and really respect and appreciate my boss, the co-chair of this specialized group. I’ve now accepted the opportunity to take over my parents business and plan to leave practice this summer. How do I even start this conversation with him? Has anyone been through a job search with a Bar issue hanging over them? I’m being terminated at year’s end and the Bar still has not resolved discipline over a misdemeanor offense from which I just got completed diversion and expungement. Isn’t this just a total disqualifier for new work until I have a resolution?

My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). My boss won’t stop sexually harassing me. Verbally, email, texts - 400+. He even set up his office with a display of sex toys and edibles condiments to show me that he planned to give me oral sex. All started 3 weeks into the job. I moved my family cross country for this job and just bought a house. He promises me none of his requests or my responses will affect my job and is just begging now to be friends with me. Tell me what would you do if you were me.

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. I have a splunk question…. When would it be appropriate to use a dashboard instead of the actual logs to validate that all changes are being logged. My client uses dashboards to monitor higher risk changes in real time. It is not intended to “monitor or capture “ all changes. I think this is incompetence on the part of the assessment team
