What’s a good way to explain wanting to leave a job in less than 1 year in an interview? In a way that doesn’t make me sound like a living, breathing red flag lol

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

Guys I got three offers. Not to show off. But I feel extremely guilty for the HR for dropping those two offers. Do you also guys feel the same or is it because I'm sensitive.

But there is one pwc HR I attended two rounds. But she doesn't even attend my call now or reply my email. I was hoping someone could give me some advice. I’ve been taking care of my extremely sick (literally on the verge of dying) dog. Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve
