The app can only see within the app and can’t access the data of another app. [I’ll spare the technical details - it’s an apple rule called sandboxing]
I have Teams on my phone - they can see everything I say on Teams. Teams can’t access my photos or text messages.
Work covers my phone - if I really wanted to, I could use that money and have a dedicated work phone.
For the record, VP1’s experience is true for them but not for all.
Some companies will have full access to your phone; it depends on the policy your company enacts and the technology they use to do so.
