Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

It’s a little trick that they pull on the Middle East Comp packages. Throw in housing into your pay and remind you it’s all tax free and they ‘pay for your housing’ in Dubai… so maybe your base is now £25,000 (tax free so higher net take home pay, I’d think, than your current UK income) and housing is £15,000 which sounds and looks great, but note that the bonus they payout is based on your base pay. So the bonus could be lower (and they save paying out more if a bonus). If I’m on £38,000 and getting a 15% bonus that’s gonna be less on £25,000 (just an illustration and maybe the numbers are not so big but if you stay and they get bigger it could be more of a difference). Hope this helps.

You can always ask … just don’t let on that you know the split and how any bonus is based on the base pay and does not include any items of pay that are called something else (like ‘housing allowance’).
