I'm currently a EY tax advisory senior (CA exam qualified) for 2.5yrs in the UK (will be on £38k in regional office from October) and have been offered a role at Pwc Dubai at senior level in ITS for £40k but the salary already incorporates the housing allowance. Any idea whether this is a good offer?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
