McKinsey & Company How likely is McKinsey to rescind an offer if there's a recession/downturn before my start date? Received an Associate offer with a start date early in the Fall. But I'm worried about the offer being rescinded due to the ongoing McK scandals/issues and a potential recession in the making (which may prompt them to freeze hiring and/or renege offers).
Has this happened to anyone before at McKinsey, offer getting rescinded due to economic/company downturn? A bit worried

Honesty is the best policy. If you do get a job and you hide this it will eventually become an issue. I say leave it and find a job that supports it or can work around it.

I agree with this. Some employers won’t like it, but they’re probably not the employers you want to work for. Putting it on your resume will help you weed out unsupportive employers.
I would see to put it on the resume and just not the future completion date. Opportunities will be so much more limited if they don’t see your education
I rushed to type this before a meeting:

Put it on there with expected graduation date. It’s just to get you in front of the hiring manager then explain your situation if they ask about it.
