If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I was interviewed with Tata Consultancy for service management profile and selected next day third party company named Techorbit called and informed that I was selected and they asked me to send aadhar n pan and for rest of the documents they told me once offer letter have been released I need to submitt rest of the documents, on 23rd June I was informed this things and they have been given DOJ to be 18th July till now I dont have offer letter. How much time I have to wait for offer letter. ??
Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. WPP has a 10% raise limit if you change agencies
I went from one WPP agency to another [same city] and my salary was matched (lateral move). Ironically, the new one wanted to pay me less because their salary scale was lower.
Was transparent and it was an amicable transition - everyone played nicely in the sandbox. helped on my old clients for a few weeks from the new agency.
I think we do this to ourselves in advertising. There is no reason not to be transparent. Its not like your going to a competitor across town.
Process is for you to declare yourself as interested in another job at another WPP agency .. WPP HR then helps
the fact that you’ve heard conflicting things from people who all work(ed) at WPP agencies speaks to the disconnect between how it’s supposed to work and how it actually works.
I think it also speaks to the lack of connectedness in the “network”
Have a look on inside wpp intranet. There’s loads of info about moving within the group. Due to poaching guidelines, you have to tell your current agency. In most cases if you try and apply without telling them, you’ll get told you can’t proceed until you do. There is a 10% cap and they will have access to your existing salary but depends on your relationship with your current agency and what level you are, they can get approval for more

I’m particularly concerned about my current agency being alerted if I apply to another WPP agency, and what compensation will look like since my new place would have access to my old salary through WPP. Would that be the case?
After first conversation, if you have in-person interviews, you’ll have to alert your current company and get “permission”.
I worked at a wpp agency 10 years ago and at the time my manager told me I had better chances to just apply / resign on my own than get a transfer. It was a long time ago and probably changed, if you can trust the HR team have an honest conversation with them.
Talk to your supervisor or HR manager. If there's interest, they'll connect you. Your office has to approve the transfer from WPP to WPP, so unfortunately there is no way to do it without alerting them.
