I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

You'll get used to the long hours. Go to Simon - you can always exit to industry!
The salary growth at Simon will be much faster than in an FP&A role.
It’s hard to set boundaries as an intern, I think you should push yourself to understand what you need to survive and make sure your team knows. Could be basics like 30 min protected lunch, morning walk, an hour in the evening to workout and make dinner. These small things of a long way and people generally respect it.
I agree with the others on your trajectory. SK are a fast growing consultancy that you’ll learn loads from and if you can stick it out for 1.5-2years you’ll have lots of exit opps and (hopefully) won’t regret it.
