I’m currently living and working close to Boston but I’m considering moving back home for personal reasons. Unfortunately, “home” doesn’t offer much local options and it’s not close enough to travel into the city every day for work. I’ve been considering finding a fully remote job but I’m concerned about what salary/compensation I could expect. Has anyone here had luck with finding a fully remote UX position and maintaining their current salary?

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?
