Pips are not designed for you to be successful. They're designed to create a paper trail to prove your termination was for cause to reduce legal risk and costs.
Do minimum to not get fired, and focus on your job hunt.
Maybe that is not the case in ZS. But the description of how that manager is behaving given OPs description reeks of what M2 is saying.

What are you not capturing accurately per manager? Get it in writing then do exactly that next month

Don’t know guys I’m sharing after every meeting, for some reason he dislikes me, thank you for the advice though
If he dislikes you, follow manager 1’s advice and find a new job.
To buy some time, consider the following: Ask for a new manager if you think you can get away with it. However, you might have retaliation issues especially if your request doesn’t get granted.
