I'm entering my 5th year as a lawyer. Though law school and my first two years I worked at a firm. Then left to another firm where I was fired after 3 months due to personal differences with the partner above me, who has also since left the (3 person at the time) firm. I've since been with my 3rd firm.

I would like to make another move. Do I keep the 3 month job on my resume or no?

Do you have any tips/advise for someone who was laid off recently and early in their career?

Tax Senior here. I’m well liked around the office, I put in the hours and work hard, I haven’t had any dumpster fire projects, but I am a mediocre performer compared to my peers (not as strong project management, communication, not as confident). I just got told they’re firing me. Should I expect severance? Have other people been fired for similar? What did you do with your career?

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies. I am not complaining, but I have this creeping irrational feeling that I’ll get fired for not working even though there’s nothing for me to do. Should i be making up projects or asking for more work? Or just chill out? I just feel very confused. Are a lot of full time jobs like this?

I've always have a constant fear of getting fired/ bad reviews - any little thing I do wrong or get feedback on I get I pretend I'm fine with but it really makes me even more anxious. Is this normal?
