Titas in National City. There's quite a few filipino joints in that area. If you're down there, get some salt & pepper wings @ Royal Mandarin while your at it.
Second Tita’s kitchenette! Erlinda’s has the best halo halo. Manila sunset has really good pancit palabok. All National city
Maybe look into Mira mesa?
