Has anyone done the Blackstone pymetrics?
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Take it. Work and earn pay to get by and keep life in order but dont stop applying/interviewing.
The current bad offer you have knows theyre low balling you and that youre desperate, dont feel bad when you leave them in a few months. They're just taking advantage of you.
Take the paycheck, find your dream role. They dont have loyalty, why should you?
Agree you should take it - you never know what might come up internally and you can keep looking externally
Take it and just continue to do what you've been doing. I would add that even though it's beneath you professionally, still do your best!
Yes I have taken that bridge job. It got me through a year or so and then I was able to land a great job that I’m currently loving.
You can take it and quit the second you find something better. You owe them nothing
Take it. I was in a similar boat after relocating to a new city during Covid. Top 20 MBA coming from investment mgmt role making 175k+ bonus and had to take an FP&A job making 90k. It was the first real job offer I had in 15 months post-pandemic and they knew they were bending me over. I landed an investment mgmt adjacent role making 160k+ bonus 3 months later and left the FP&A job ASAP, and nothing was sweeter than telling the lowballing company to pound sand.
It’ll work out - keep grinding to survive but keep your chin up!
I would likely take it, a job is better than no job at the end of the day.
Take it. It's your new normal.
Like most, I do think you should go for it. It's really a tough call, I get it, but who knows how long it will take you to find the ideal role!? That said, be sure to perform really well in that role while keeping your eyes open for a more suitable opportunity. I have not been in such situation before.
Take it. You never know what opportnities that might arise from it. I took a much lower level position I was way over qualified for at a much lower pay grade in a new firm, crushed it in my new role so much so that I was scooped up by the largest team at the firm and I’m now in my dream job.
Go for it! This is a tough time of year to find jobs. I’ll bet that things will look better next year.
