I'm going into my final round for Lippincott as a creative consultant in NYC (senior in college, graduating May 2022). What is the typical salary I should negotiate for/to be expected?

For those with company equity or unit incentive programs, is it common to forfeit vested equity upon voluntary departure? I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well.
