I’m having an interview for a Middle Social Media Manager at Publicis Sapient in Milan. Is it worth it or not really?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

I have a contact who is a hiring mgr at a company I want to work for. He told me he has an open role for me and set me up with 6 interviews over a 2 week period. But then the problem is with dreams that big I struggle so much to relax. I feel so much pressure to always be productive. I’m a human doing not a human being.
