I’m having trouble meeting new people even in the hobbies I participate in regularly. I’m friendly with some people but not really friends I spend time with outside of the hobbies. I work remote and my work does have events sometimes. What am I doing wrong?

Office may be inaugurated by 15th of August, Seating Capacity might be 250 as of now. For Audit Dept 50 seats will be there.
I want to know if WFH can be extended for few months unless proper seating capacities are confirmed.
