Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

other sql assessment
In case study it is mentioned to
submit within 3 days but for sql
assessment nothing is mentioned
Anyone have idea for it's timelines
Also it would be really helpful if any
experience is shared regarding what
kind of questions are expected for
this assessment.

Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.

Both. Continue your search until you sign an offer letter. If you are willing to decline the current offer if they don't flex on the hybrid schedule then ask. If you are so desperate to leave your current role that you will tolerate the commute to get out then it's still worth asking and accepting either way.
Do you mind me asking what is awful about the environment? I’ve noticed this being just the new norm everywhere I go. The environment is terrible. Everywhere. What happened to jobs that provide a positive environment?

OP will have to give their reasons but from my career the usual contributing factors are toxic and/or micromanaging leadership, understaffing so each employee is overwhelmed, and can also refer to the people in one's team/department.

If you do get an offer, you can try to negotiate a hybrid work set up, even if it's 30, 60, or 90 days after your start date for any training you may need.
