I’m interviewing for MD role for an agency that’s much smaller than my current one w/ the potential to make 50% more than I currently am. The new place would need me (leadership) in the office once a week but is also 1:30-2:30 hours away (one way). Current job is 1-1:30 hour drive (one way). Been at my current agency a long time so this would be a huge thing. I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around the commute as it’s something I hate currently, but the pay increase… what would you do?

Conflicted 2nd Year Associate here. I generally like my firm but obviously hate the practice of law (biglaw). I've been offered a fairly generous comp package to take a non-attorney compliance role with a FAANG company. While there is a modest base pay cut, the total comp (sign on + annual bonus + options) beats where I'm at now and probably will be better than Cravath-scale (including bonus) through at least Year 4. Since I know I'll bail for in-house anyway, should I go now or wait?

Hi everyone, I am getting ready for a job interview, and need to create a media plan. I was hoping someone can help me with the next task: basically, I need to create inventory recommendation based on past performance. What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Am I supposed to use this 4M only to calculate spend, ROAS, etc., but can actually have unlimited allocated impressions? Thank you!
