I think I understand why this consultant is freelance. Can you imagine having to share space with him in an open plan office? This is the guy who wants to have really creepy conversations when the managers are out. This is the guy that follows you to the bathroom to "talk". He is the reason why people start taking the stairwell -- to avoid being in the elevator with him.
It's funny, sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is an office horror story in his background.
Damn I’m laughing my head off, you’re right, we’ve all seen those creeps in the office, it gets especially awkward when they fixate on a person to share this kind of info with.

I started off thinking he’s trying to project braveness, willingness to say things others won’t, straight shooter kind of vibe.
Then it dawned on me, this is LI, he might have his nephews/nieces on here reading this.. who would struggle to look him in the eye after this post
Also getting a churchy kind of vibe and really weird to post stuff like this to a religious community or anyone for that matter.
Needless to say any kind of professionalism went out the window with this post, would not recruit for fear of him antagonising my workforce.
