I’m looking for a new every day cash rewards credit card. Do you know of any that is better than 2.6% cash back? Trying to find something better than the Bank of America® Unlimited Cash Rewards Credit Card.

I have the Citi Double Cash card. Its 2% on all purchases. Its simple, easy, and I'm not sitting here optimizing spend for dumb reasons.

I also think miles are pretty useless for me so I really don't want those.

I use Fidelity’s reward card for 2% on everything and Amazon’s visa for 5% off at Amazon and whole foods.

Don't chase every day spending categories / cards, go after signup bonuses (you can easily get 10-15%+ return)

McK, here are some stats:

2020 FICO 8 Scores
-Transunion: Avg 786, Low 775, High 791
-Experian: Avg 785, Low 775, High 789
-Equifax: Avg 791, Low 770, High 805

2021 FICO 8 Scores
-Transunion: Avg 784, Low 774, High 791
-Experian: Avg 783, Low 777, High 786
-Equifax: Avg 794, Low 785, High 804

Overall recs: space your applications out by a few months, go after business cards too as they don't report to your personal credit report, don't cancel cards - downgrade or get retention offers, and stop applying for new cards appx. 4-6 months before shopping for mortgages.

So the National Consumer Helpline really works.
I had filed a complaint against Goibibo, who delayed my flight cancellation request until 1 day before departure hence the airline charged a higher cancellation amount.

A friend of mine introduced me to the portal when I filed a complaint explaining the matter in detail, uploading Twitter DM screenshots, where the company was clearly denying responsibilities on the above.

Took 2 months but today my refund was initiated by Goibibo.

2 questions:
1. Is being a CSM good for someone who likes to travel or for digital nomads? Is the role shift/timezone strict?
2. I am considering a transition to CS and the easiest role transition is in a company with poor customer retention. Is it worth it for the experience on my resume?

Infact I have overpaid each card to have negative balance so my credit utilization is almost zero. What else I can do to repair the damage.
