For VP role - how should I expect the offer to be structured? Higher Base by X%? 'stock' options? Commission? Other TC components?

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake?
