Im looking to obtain my AU, naturally I've brought this up to my mom, who points out im already overwhelmed in a wfh position with a 1 and 3 yr old. Im feeling my spirits are crushed but I know I could do it! Am I crazy for thinking I can go for this at this stage of my life? Am I being overly ambitious for everything I have on my plate? My thought was I don't want to waste my time getting my career where I want it to be.

Hi everyone, I got hired on as entry level sales operations role back in January. It quickly turned into sales, and eventually all the sales for the small company once the head of sales left. I am happy to take on the additional role for my company, and they are going to let me. But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be. I have made several improvements but it feels like I’m dragging it out. Last question is how do you manage claims that you have not handle for months and you’re too scared to do anything.

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer?
