It's hard for my meatloaf and mashed potatoes to compete with that, but it is very good meatloaf and the mashed potatoes have just the right consistency between fluffy and substance.
There’s no competition. Complicated food isn’t any better than simple food. My mom makes a rum cake with like 5 ingredients and jello pudding mix and it’s one of the most delicious things in the world
That sounds amazing. I've never had the Ora King salmon and I've always been curious about it. I need to put that on my list of things to scout out.

How do you make your potatoes? Do you boil them first then roast it ?
I just clean, quarter, and roast at 425 with some olive oil. You can do a bunch of tricks re: boiling first, smashing, etc, but roasting straight is fine. Especially if you can get something like German butterballs.
I make a little vinaigrette with shallots and mustard and rosemary to toss them in, too
That actually sounds really good. I have been on a huge salmon kick and right now my faorite is pecan crusted salmon with honey mustard. It is literally out of this world. Definitely going to have to give this one a try though. Thank you for sharing.
