Hi,
What will be the in hand salary for this?

I'm into Salesforce with 6.2yrs of experience working as a Sr. Developer having the current CTC as 14lpa. And got an offer from Mindtree for the same Sr. Developer position(C3- Module Lead), as Lead position requires minimum 7yrs of experience. They offered me a package of 19.2lpa. Is this worthy? Please suggest how much can I expect from them? Also how is the hike cycle in Mindtree ? Mindtree

What is a good salary for a director in NY?
Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

You should definitely bring it up. To be honest, you should have asked about the salary bump when it was offered to you. Probably a good idea to mention it as soon as you can, before the new position is official.
Absolutely. You ask what the new compensation is based on the additional work you’ll be taking on.
Gold question. Locks them into an actual answer.
It's absolutely a thing, and you should definitely bring it up. I mean, it can't hurt to ask and otherwise they might just assume you are willing to work for the same pay.
You definitely should bringing up. I hope that you didn't sign anything yet. Ask about your new compensation package, and what that would look like.
It should be, but if you don’t at least ask, it won’t be. The question is how much are you willing to fight for it?
more responsibilities **should** equal more money!
Is there actually tram leads for you role? Were you provided a job description? Before accepting ask about salary increase. Many companies offer team lead to avoid paying someone a manger salary with a promise of if you perform well it leads to a manager role.
I would in a 1:1 or schedule a follow up
You get to put Team Lead on your rez. That translates to more comp when you shop for your next job.
