Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

This is the reason I’m about to reach my 5 year mark at my current agency.
wow🤢
what agency are you at? Bc what that CD just described is far and above what I’ve experienced since becoming a parent….
It still comes off as tone deaf and douchey just better than completely bullish and tone deaf.
I can’t work out if I respect the person for knowing the reality of our industry and offering flexibility in how to manage that with normal life, or if it demonstrates that company is definitely going to have so much work you’ll work crazy hours (where some have a perception that there is a unicorn agency out there that doesn’t) and just don’t care that after already doing a full day, and then being a parent for a few hours, and eating, that at 9pm you will need to log back on rather than getting a 60min break or some actual sleep!
