Infosys vs tcs for job Security?
I applied with EY for a Senior Manager role I had my first stage interview with a senior manager, which I thought went well as I got the partner interview 2 weeks later, and said I'll be contact within 10 day HR. This did not happen so I chased up. Today I received feedback from HR stating that the senior manager, who would have been my peer, said I didn't have enough experience. But the partner who I would have been working under did like me.
Is this normal with EY recruitment

You want to retire and then keep working in the same job you’re in? That doesn’t sound like retiring. When I retire, I plan to be done. Ready to play with grandbabies and travel. I don’t plan to continue working in the job I’ve been in for 40 years. At this rate I may not make it in this stressful ass job all the way to retirement.
Depends on the type of practice. I have a FT job (WFH, in-house) and its fine. I also do some freelance on the side. Not super difficult. If youre talking for a law firm though, I’d make sure they adjust any reuired billable hours accordingly so youre not killing yourself and ruining your retirement.
