I’m on boarding for my new role at a pre ipo software company and just saw a GTM deck that McKinsey made for us. I’m in sheer awe of the level of analysis, storytelling, and visualization. Wow

Same. "How to get away with illegal pill-pushing: a McKinsey Guide" totally killed it. One of the best decks I've ever seen.

I bet they sacrificed a lot of family time to make that deck

Offering advice to job seekers who go around recruiters and message hiring teams, execs, etc. You are putting the Recruiters job in danger. If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. You will most likely not be considered for future roles because of this. When I see people giving advice to reach outside the Recruiter, it’s bad advice. Very rare is this a good idea.

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Thoughts in general?

I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @
