Subsidiary LLC, a [STATE] limited liability company
By: Parent LLC, a [STATE] limited liability company
Its: Sole Member
By: ______________
Name: John Smith
Its: Sole Member
Unless the parent sub passes resos that says that John Smith can sign on behalf of the sub.
In all honesty, it’s all such stupid shit.

In my experience, it’s not necessary.
Managing Member is fine.
If it’s for a bank, eventually there will be a paper trail as they’ll likely require the docs I requested at some point anyway.
