Do you have work authorization to work in the US already? Are you moving from a W+K office in a different country? If not, I’m not sure what visa you could qualify for as an AE.
I don't work there but I know a few people that do and they don't stop raving about the culture. They are all actually great friends that met through working there. Not sure how it goes for people moving from another country and what position are you going for?
The average salary here is competitive, and the benefits for someone moving from another country to work in the Portland office are excellent. We have a great work environment and a close relationship with our clients. Overtime isn't really a part of the culture here; we're focused on creating a healthy balance between work and life. Personally, I was promoted after two years, and it was a great feeling to move up in position and responsibility.
My sister used to work there in the beginning of her career and really enjoyed the fast paced enviornment. She left just for stability reasons

Heey guys, thank you so much for answering me 🤎
I am European and at my current agency I have the following benefits: 27 days of vacation, unlimited sick days cover, pension, health insurance and travel expenses (when you live more than 10 km from the office).
The job at WK is for a Brand executive: how much do you think is a good salary?! And what benefits specifically would it be ideal to trade?! Does the agency help with the search for housing for those coming from another country?
You should be getting all this info from the recruiting manager, not fishbowl. If you haven’t discussed things like visa, relocation, benefits etc…you may not be as far into the process as you think.
