I start with frittata on most days but who says we have to have eggs for breakfast? Have sausage and buttered cabbage. Or leftover dinner. Or prep keto waffles/pancakes. I am having chia pudding today and I made a freezer batch of keto waffles for the weekend. Also seeing a lot of posts on IG for "egg loaf" which I hear tastes like soggy French toast.
Skip breakfast
Eggs, salmon every morning
Start mine with either a smoothie or a protein bar from Costco
I am tired of eggs too. Have switched to berry protein smoothie
I don’t usually eat til 12 so I go straight to lunch!
EY1- doesn’t that kill your macros?
Dont eat until 1 or 2, intermittent fast, i stsrt with a venti blonde with a spash of heavy cream and it is filling
@C1 - yes it definitely kills their macros.
@OP - bulletproof coffee. (1-2tbsp coconut oil, 1tbsp ghee, 1-2tbsp MCT oil)
